Round 2: Scary Good Advocacy

NFTC round two got a little spooky as competitors argued a civil case of wrongful death at a haunted house. A group trip to a haunted house turned wicked when one of the visitors suffered a catastrophic asthma attack, which ultimately resulted in the victim's heart stopping. Should the haunted house company have been more diligent in training its staff and warning its patrons? Or should the victim have known to enter at her own risk?

Stay tuned for the final day of prelims tomorrow, when competitors face off in 1 vs. 1 rounds!
